Hello, I’m Eric Davis, author of IT STRAIGHT TALK. After 25 years in various roles with companies ranging in size from start-up to Fortune 50, I wanted to share my beliefs, knowledge and experience in IT leadership and develop a resource base for business and technology topics that I am passionate about.
My current role is as a consultant, specializing in IT transformation. I give particular focus to the often-overlooked critical success factors of:
- Developing a clear definition of success, inclusive of metrics and measures from both business and IT perspectives
- Integration of Organizational Change Management disciplines into the transformation process (culturally aware and specific)
- Engagement of sister organizations (e.g. Finance, Human Resources, Legal) to create or modify management systems
